“Whatever you are physically… male or female, strong or weak, ill or healthy — all of those things matter less than what your heart contains. If you have the soul of a warrior, you are a warrior. All of those other things, they are the glass that contain the lamp, but you are the light inside.”
Warrior variations are some of my favorites because they exhibit both strength and grace. When we flow through these postures they remind us that our bodies are often times more capable and powerful than we think they are. So trust your body, listen to it, and live in the strength that is you.
